i draw and make films.
i despise writing a bio and at best think of it as a game.
i used to follow a former X account called “gender of the day”. X changed its rules, and the bot was eventually deactivated.
“the gender of the day” was a genderbot that let us outsource our feelings about gender to it -- which i think should free up a lot of mental space for other things. the game works as a list. few examples:- the gender of the day is a shimmering nebulous black hole.
- today’s gender is the sound of the static between radio stations.
- the gender of the day is a spectral moon.
- the gender today is the smell of patchouli and sound of thunder in the distance.
- today’s gender is brave and preoccupied.
- today’s gender is a hurricane.
